Instructions
Add brats, sliced onions, garlic, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 Tbsp. garlic powder, and 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar.
Pour the beer over the brat mixture.
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 4 hours.
Add the sauerkraut an hour before serving.
Get your ketchup, mustard, and pickles all ready! Keep a slotted spoon by the crock pot so that you can scoop out the extra toppings and put them on the bratwurst.
